Security vulnerabilities of IT systems cause immense damage at world economy level. High number of virus and hacker attacks show, that software development methods suffer from serious deficiencies. Source of this problem is that producing more secure products can cost relatively much more and developers are not forced to undertake this cost, since users would buy more expensive products only if they can prove their security by certification. Common Criteria as an ISO standard provides a basis for such a certification. Goal of this project is to prepare our laboratory to became an accredited CC testing laboratory.
